Healing Path Wellness Center offers Adult Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills group. DBT is an evidence-based psychotherapy approach. These group sessions help individuals manage and decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression, improve communication, decrease impulsive behaviors and increase emotional stability. These sessions teach mindfulness, acceptance, and DBT skills – while also assisting clients to apply them in real life situations.
All sessions are confidential except for certain life-threatening situations which will be reviewed with you by your therapist.
